Motus: Sales Representative

Motus is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join their team in various locations. This role focuses on growing, managing, and retaining new and existing customers, contributing to company growth and delivering excellent customer service.

Purpose:

The main objective is to increase sales volumes by developing relationships with new customers and maintaining those with existing clients. This position involves promoting the Brand and Dealership in the target market and ensuring superior customer satisfaction.

Specific Role Responsibilities:

  • Actively market and promote the Brand and Dealership.
  • Enter the vehicle market in an organized and professional manner.
  • Maximize sales by identifying new customers and maintaining current customer relationships.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain dealership and OEM standards.
  • Meet and exceed targeted unit sales and gross profit goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Grade 12.
  • Experience:
    • 3 years of automotive sales experience, preferably with a proven track record.
    • Valid and unendorsed driver’s license.
    • Relevant OEM Sales certification is an advantage.
    • Proven track record of maintaining an average CSI rating above the national average.
