Sales Advisor (Specialised, Credit Card, Unsecured Loans & Transact Outbound / Cape Town & Joburg)

Minimum Requirements

- Identify opportunities to increase sales revenue and to grow the organisational client base while containing costs.
- Assist with retaining or signing unbanked customer base with a view to improve and increase profitability.
- Maximize sales by selling packaged financial solutions to clients.
- Maintain specialised knowledge on all FirstRand approved products, application procedure, fulfilment processes and timelines to drive and achieve relevant sales targets.
- Maximise cross-selling opportunities.
- Drive adoption of digital and other self-service options across client base.
- Contribute to teamwork and inclusivity within own team.
- Contribute to cost efficiencies through responsible utilisation of work related resources.
- Achieve expected financial targets and uphold associated service levels.
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.

- Transact Outbound (Suits) Desk – Randburg (3 Positions)
- Credit Card Desk – Cape Town (1 Position)
- Unsecured Loans Desk – Cape Town (25 Positions)
- Specialised Sales Desk - Randburg (2 Positions)
- Engage customers through outbound channels to promote relevant financial solutions
- Identify customer needs and match them with tailored product offerings specific to your business unit
- Drive sales performance within a structured, target-driven environment
- Deliver a high standard of customer service while adhering to compliance requirements
- Develop deep expertise within a specific product set (Transact, Credit Cards, or Unsecured Lending)
- Build a strong foundation in outbound sales methodologies
- Gain visibility into broader career pathways across FNB’s sales environments

- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in direct sales
- Certificate in Banking equivalent to NQF Level 5
- Diploma or Degree would be advantageous
