Minimum Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Operational Research, or similar
- Minimum 5 years’ proven Experience in a comparable data analytics role
- Strong foundation in data analysis, modelling, and reporting
- Valid driver’s licence and own transport (advantageous)
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving capability
- Advanced skills in Power BI, SQL, and Excel (data modelling, DAX, reporting)
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- High attention to data accuracy, validation, and integrity
- Well-organised with strong time management and ability to work under pressure
- Confident stakeholder communication and report writing skills
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and integrated data sources
- Proactive, detail-driven, and continuously focused on improvement
- Team-oriented, ethical, and aligned to Tsebo values
- Analyse, validate, and integrate operational and security data from multiple systems
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visual insights
- Identify trends, risks, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across platforms
- Automate recurring reports and analytics where possible
- Act as CiiMS System Administrator, managing users, access, configurations, and reporting
- Support stakeholders with data interpretation, reporting, and system usage
