Minimum Requirements
- An undergraduate qualification (NQF 7) in Business Administration / Public Administration / Economics / Business Studies / Management Studies / Law / Policing / Business Management / Commerce / Commercial Law or equivalent as recognized by SAQA.
- A post graduate qualification will be an added advantage.
- Five (5) years of experience at senior managerial level.
- Valid driver’s license (with exception of person with disability).

Responsibilities
- Management of the Business Regulation and Governance Chief Directorate.
- Implementation of the Limpopo Business Registration Act (LIBRA).
- Provide leadership on the promotion of a healthy and fair-trading environment within the Liquor Industry.
- Management of all Business Registration centres in the province.
- Implementation of the Limpopo Liquor Act.
- Implementation of the Consumer Protection Act and the Limpopo Consumer Protection Act.
- Promote and co-ordinate the provision of consumer protection services.
- Develop and facilitate policy development and strategic and business plans.
- Provide coordination, integration and interaction with national and local partners and stakeholders.
- Provide support services and facilitate compliance by the Liquor Board, Liquor Appeal Tribunal, Provincial Liquor Policy Council, Gambling Board and Consumer Court to relevant legislations.
- Manage and utilize resources (financial, human and physical) in accordance with the relevant directives and legislation.
