Minimum Requirements
- Comfortable with ambiguity — able to define and build a role, not just fill one
- Able to shift between detail and big-picture thinking without losing control of either
- Takes issues through to resolution rather than escalating prematurely
- Operates with discipline and accountability in a deadline-driven environment
- Engages confidently with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Pragmatic and commercially grounded, with a strong sense of professional judgement
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and respect for governance and controls
- Qualified CA(SA)
- Articles completed at one of the large audit firms
- Minimum of 2+ years post-articles Requirements
- Providing financial analysis and insight to management and key stakeholders to support decision-making
- Participation in ad hoc projects, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives
- Management, mentoring, and development of finance team members
- Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 2+ years post-articles experience
- within a listed company environment, or strong exposure to listed clients, would be advantageous
- Demonstrated people, process, or workflow management experience
- Solid grounding in financial reporting, controls, and professional standards
- Demonstrated progression and increasing responsibility post-articles
