Minimum Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant: CA(SA) - (essential).
- +5 years relevant post qualification experience in a FinOps orietnated role with proven ability in establishing new financial systems and processes whilst Knowledge and Skills Thorough understanding of Supplier development and commercial fundamentals - (highly preferred).
- Must have knowledge of advanced accounting principles and Job Objectives Financial Systems & Process Management Implement and maintain financial systems and processes.
- Develop structured approaches for financial transactions, reconciliations and reporting.
- Optimise processes to improve efficiency, accuracy and consistency.
- Manage financial activities including account set-ups, reconciliations and income tracking.
- Monitor balances and transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, including recovery of outstanding items.
- Prepare financial reports across daily, weekly, monthly and annual cycles.
- Analyse financial data to support performance tracking and decision-making.
- Develop insights to enhance visibility of financial trends and outcomes.
- Implement and monitor adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure alignment with internal financial policies and controls.
- Balance compliance with operational efficiency.
- Engage stakeholders to align on financial processes and requirements.
- Support business teams with financial inputs, reporting and insights.
- Collaborate to ensure consistent and accurate financial delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems.
- Implement enhancements to strengthen reporting and financial accuracy.
- Optimise workflows and tools to support effective financial management.
