Minimum Requirements
- Completed Advanced Diploma/ Degree in the field of HR.
- Be a South African Citizen.
- Must be between the ages of 18 – 30 years.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Must be unemployed and willing to commit to the full 12-months to Graduate programme.
- Must be based in Cape Town.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Good time management skills.
- Certified copy of ID (not older than 3 months)
- Certified copy of N6 Certificate and academic transcript (not older than 3 months)
Responsibilities
- To complete a 12-month Graduate Programme within the HR and Learning and Development departments.
