Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric.
- Relevant certificate or diploma in administration, travel, tourism, or a related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a travel, administration, or customer support environment would be advantageous.
- working with online travel booking systems would be beneficial.
- in supplier coordination or travel vendor administration would be an advantage.
- Sound Financial experience.
- Strong planning, prioritisation, and organisational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills with a customer-service orientation.
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to work across travel and administrative systems.
- Ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines, and deliver accurate work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Professional, reliable, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic, regional, and international business travel arrangements in line with approved processes and service standards.
- Maintain and administer the online travel booking system, ensuring accurate traveller profiles, approvals, and booking records.
- Support travel bookers, personal assistants, and users with day-to-day travel queries, booking changes, and operational issues.
- Prepare travel comparisons and recommendations within required timelines and according to business specifications.
- Ensure compliance with the Group Travel Policy and assist with the communication, maintenance, and enforcement of travel procedures.
- Coordinate air travel, accommodation, car rental, shuttle, parking, and conferencing arrangements as required.
- Monitor suppliers’ performance against service level expectations and follow up on traveller complaints or service-related issues.
- Maintain accurate administrative documentation, supplier databases, approvals, and travel-related records.
- Assist with travel-related budget queries, cost-saving initiatives, and general reporting where required.
- Manage administrative processes related to traffic fine recoveries, rental vehicle matters, and payroll-linked travel deductions where applicable.
- Provide support for executive or VIP travel arrangements and assist with training and communication for travel users and bookers when needed.
