OUTsurance is offering a structured, work-based Learnership Programme for unemployed youth in South Africa.

This programme provides practical workplace experience and the opportunity to develop essential skills for future career pursuits in the Financial and Insurance industry, particularly within call centres.

Programme Overview

The Learnership Programme at OUTsurance aims to give unemployed youth a chance to gain valuable work experience. Successful applicants will enter into a fixed-term Learnership agreement (not an employment contract) and will receive a stipend.

This programme is designed to help participants build a foundation for a successful career.

Requirements

  • Education: Grade 12 / Matric certificate (A completed degree is beneficial but not compulsory)
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience: No prior work experience required
  • Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen
  • Learnership History: Must not have been previously enrolled in a Learnership with INSETA
  • Age: Between 18 and 35 years old
  • Employment Status: Unemployed for the last 6 months
