Each programme offers either 18 or 24 months of structured workplace experience, mentorship, and growth.
1. PnP Clothing Graduate Programme (Cape Town)
Work in:
- Buying – Learn to track trends and build collections
- Planning – Manage budgets, stock levels, and supplier orders
- Visual Merchandising – Design compelling displays that attract customers
Qualifications Needed:
Degree in Fashion Management, Retail, Consumer Science (Clothing/Textiles), Marketing, Supply Chain or similar
2. Property Development Graduate Programme (Cape Town)
Learn how to:
- Manage retail space
- Understand property planning and development
- Support real estate strategy
Qualifications Needed:
Degree in Property, Real Estate, Construction Management, Planning, Business or related
3. Marketing Graduate Programme (Cape Town)
Get involved in:
- Brand strategy
- Campaign execution
- Market research and customer engagement
Qualifications Needed:
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Economics, or related
4. Food Innovation Graduate Programme (Gauteng)
Turn your food science skills into market-ready products:
- Product testing
- Consumer insights
- Innovation pipelines

Diploma in Consumer Science, Food Technology, or related
5. Finance and Accounting Graduate Programme (Gauteng)
Develop your skills in:
- Financial reporting
- Auditing and internal controls
- Budget planning

6. Retail Commercial Graduate Programme (Cape Town & Gauteng)
Experience:
- Buying and merchandising
- Supplier engagement
- Pricing and operations strategy
Qualifications Needed:
Degrees in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Logistics, Operations or similar
7. TVET Student Programme (Cape Town)
For students with N6 qualifications needing 18-month workplace experience:
- Exposure to finance and accounting departments
- Guided mentorship to complete your studies
Qualifications Needed:
N6 in Finance, Accounting, Taxation or related
Must have no prior workplace experience
