PnP Clothing is excited to offer an excellent learnership opportunity for TVET students with qualifications in Clothing Production, Fashion, Marketing, Business Management, or Retail Operations.

This 18-month program is designed to provide hands-on experience at our corporate office in the Western Cape, allowing students to collaborate with key teams including Quality Assurance, Buying, Marketing, and Visual Merchandise.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Educational Background: N6 qualification in Clothing Production, Fashion, Marketing, Business Management, or Retail Operations.
  • Interest: A genuine interest in the clothing, fashion, and retail industries, with a desire to gain experience in a corporate environment.
  • Eagerness to Learn: A proactive attitude and a willingness to grow in a collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Quality Assurance Support:
    • Monitor product quality standards in alignment with company specifications.
    • Conduct product inspections and report on quality discrepancies.
    • Assist with documentation related to quality checks.
  2. Buying Team Support:
    • Assist in sample management, fitting, and critical path alignment.
    • Help prepare for seasonal buying and maintain master data.
  3. Marketing and Visual Merchandise:
    • Contribute to marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.
    • Assist in organizing promotional activities.
  4. Retail Operations/Business Management:
    • Gain exposure to daily retail operations.
    • Analyze sales data and support promotional strategies.
  5. Administrative Support:
    • Provide general administrative assistance across teams.
    • Manage schedules and prepare necessary documentation.
