The Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) has opened applications for the Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme 2026/2027. This is a paid 12-month opportunity for unemployed South African graduates to gain real workplace experience within a national public entity.
The programme is available across multiple provinces and covers a wide range of study fields. Successful applicants will receive a monthly stipend and practical exposure that strengthens employability after the programme ends.
