The Packaging Technical Trainee Programme is an 18-month structured training initiative designed to equip graduates with essential technical skills and experience while familiarizing them with our company culture and principles. Upon completion, trainees will be ready to take on responsibilities within the organization.
Location: Polokwane, South Africa

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in a hands-on, self-study program to understand the theory, principles, and operations of packaging equipment in the Packaging Hall.
- Participate in projects aligned with program requirements and brewery priorities.
- Apply VPO (Vital Production Objectives) principles.
- Diagnose systemic and situational problems and conduct troubleshooting.
- Join Packaging team structures and take on leadership roles when identified.
- Communicate learnings and solutions across various business levels.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: BSc or BTech (or equivalent) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in packaging.
