1. DynamX Trainee Programme
Location: HQ Sandton
Duration: 24 months
About the Programme
- A structured 24-month training programme with fixed-term contracts.
- Includes 6-month rotational cycles across different teams within the business area.
- Follows the 70-20-10 learning model (70% from experiences/projects, 20% from developmental relationships, and 10% from coursework and training).
- Upon successful completion, graduates can apply for permanent roles within SAB/AB InBev.
Eligibility Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in:
- Finance
- People (Psychology or HR)
- Marketing
- Technology
- Engineering
- Supply Chain Management
- Logistics
Work experience: Maximum of 2 years full-time formal work experience. (Internships, vacation work, and short contracts do not count.)
- Legal authorization to work in South Africa.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Mobility: Willingness to relocate within South Africa.

2. Graduate Management Trainee Programme (GMT)

Duration: 10 months
About the Programme
- A fast-tracked leadership development programme designed to create future leaders in the company.
- Includes 3-month rotations in different business areas (Marketing, Sales, Tech, Supply Chain, or Logistics).
- Involves strategic projects, mentorship, and networking with senior executives.
- Upon successful completion, graduates will be placed in a front-line leadership position.
Eligibility Requirements
- Completed undergraduate degree (preferably in STEM disciplines).
- A postgraduate diploma (PGDip), MBA, or Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Maximum 3 years of full-time work experience.
- Must have legal work authorization in South Africa.
- Must be proficient in English.
- Mobility: Willing to relocate within South Africa.
