About the Learner Maintenance Learnership
This is a structured learnership programme where successful learners receive on-the-job training combined with technical learning. The programme prepares learners for entry-level roles in manufacturing and production environments.
Learners will complete practical training aligned to production maintenance processes and safety standards used in the automotive industry.
On completion, learners will achieve an NQF Level 3 qualification.
What You Will Learn During the Programme
The learnership includes hands-on training in the following areas:
- Working effectively in a production team
- Workplace safety and basic firefighting
- Use of hand tools and basic machinery
- Assembly and manufacturing processes
- Reading and understanding manufacturing drawings
