What You’ll Be Doing
As a Member Value Intern, your role will revolve around client engagement and branch-level support. You’ll be involved in:
- Delivering professional customer service at AVBOB branches
- Managing client queries and tracking follow-ups
- Escalating unresolved customer concerns
- Providing product and service guidance
- Maintaining accurate client records
- Identifying trends in customer experience for service improvement
- Supporting team initiatives and suggesting improvements based on feedback
Minimum Requirements
To be considered, you must:
- Be a South African citizen, aged between 18 and 35
- Be currently unemployed
- Hold a relevant tertiary qualification in any of the following:
- Financial Management
- Accounting or Economics
- BSc Information Systems
- Marketing Management
- Business Administration
Skills & Competencies Needed
Advantageous Experience:
- Customer service
- Sales or call centre background
- Data analysis or systems knowledge
Key Competencies:
- Strong communication (verbal and written)
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Patience and professionalism
- Team player with a customer-first mindset
