Daimler Truck Southern Africa YES Program 2025 / 2026
Daimler Truck Southern Africa Ltd is offering unemployed South African youth a chance to gain hands-on workplace experience through the Youth Employment Services (YES) Program. This 12-month program is designed to give you valuable exposure to a corporate environment and equip you with practical skills to enhance your future employability.
The programme is open to candidates interested in a wide range of fields, especially those aligned with Daimler Truck’s commercial, technical, and corporate services.
Location: Centurion & East London

Who Can Apply?
You must meet the following criteria:
- South African citizen between the ages of 18 and 29 years
- Unemployed at the time of application
- Completed Grade 12 (Matric); a tertiary qualification is advantageous
- No prior participation in a YES4Youth programme
- No previous full-time work experience required
- Clear criminal record
- Computer literate
- Must be able to communicate in English

- Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Mechatronics)
- Human Resource Management
- Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics
- Finance (Accounting, Tax, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Financial Management)
- Information Technology
- Marketing (Communication, Public Relations, Digital Media)
- Legal (newly admitted attorney)
