L’Oréal South Africa is offering a dynamic 12-month HR Graduate Training Programme for 2025, giving you the opportunity to gain real-world experience and professional HR training in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify, applicants must:

  • Be currently enrolled in or have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in:
    • Human Resources Management
    • Business Administration
    • Industrial Psychology or related fields
  • Have strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Be detail-oriented, proactive, and a quick learner
  • Be able to work independently and within a team
  • (Advantageous) Have prior HR internship or admin experience

What You’ll Be Doing

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Post job ads, screen CVs, and assist with interview scheduling
  • Communicate with applicants and support the hiring pipeline

Onboarding & New Hire Experience

  • Prepare onboarding packs, coordinate orientation, and answer employee queries

HR Admin & Systems Support

  • Update employee records, assist with HR reporting and daily data entries

Projects & People Analytics

  • Support in executing training projects and wellness initiatives
  • Collect and analyze HR data to assist in workforce planning and reporting

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Respond to employee queries and support internal communication efforts
  • Contribute to staff surveys, feedback loops, and culture-building efforts
