What You’ll Do
As a Project Coordinator Graduate Trainee, you’ll get front-row exposure to real-world project execution within one of the world’s most influential financial markets infrastructure companies.
Expect to:
- Shadow seasoned project managers and learn the tools, systems, and strategies they use to deliver high-impact financial projects.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and gain hands-on exposure to digital transformation, compliance, finance, and operational systems.
- Track timelines, milestones, budgets, and risks, ensuring accountability and reporting gaps to leadership.
- Work with international teams on diverse business cases across the LSEG platform.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit frameworks.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal leadership and key stakeholders.
You’ll rotate across various departments and participate in leadership workshops, collaborative events, and innovation sprints — with plenty of opportunity to learn, grow, and impress.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, you must:
- Have a completed Bachelor’s degree (or be graduating by Q1 2025).
- Be South African citizen or have legal working rights in South Africa.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Show evidence of problem-solving ability, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Have a growth mindset and openness to professional feedback and development.
