Who Can Apply
This opportunity is open to recent graduates or final-year students completing a 4-year undergraduate degree or a postgraduate qualification (Honours or Masters) by the end of 2025.
You should be studying or have studied in fields like:
- Business Science or Commerce
- Economics or Finance & Investment
- Development Finance or Sustainable Finance
- Engineering (All streams)
- Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics
- Computer Science or Information Technology
- Property Studies
- Agricultural Sciences
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 0 to 2 years of work experience (graduate-level)
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
- A deep interest in investment banking, economics or data science
- Ability to work in agile environments and across diverse teams
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- High adaptability, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
