Nestlé is offering a dynamic HR Internship Programme designed to equip early-career professionals with the skills, exposure, and mentorship needed to thrive in the FMCG sector.
You’ll support the Talent Acquisition team in managing the end-to-end recruitment process—giving you hands-on experience in real-world HR functions that are critical to building a world-class workforce.

Stipend: Market-related
Duration: 12 Months (Fixed-Term Internship)
Key Responsibilities
As an HR Intern, you will:
- Support Talent Acquisition processes across pre-boarding, onboarding, and assessments.
- Process background checks, including MIE (criminal, education, reference) and psychometric assessments.
- Assist with onboarding administration and employee documentation.
- Liaise with successful candidates and manage pre-boarding communications.
- Ensure proper completion and submission of employment forms, pension/medical docs, and union registration paperwork.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify, you must have:
- A Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Talent Acquisition.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with various internal stakeholders.
- An understanding of the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
