What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll support the delivery of impactful learning experiences for clients by assisting with both in-person and virtual training operations.
Your responsibilities will include managing bookings, handling learner queries, supporting presenters, and providing technical and administrative support across webinars, learning management systems (LMS), and virtual classrooms.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to course-related queries via phone and email
- Register learners for training and capture details on the Learner Management System (LMS)
- Support classroom training logistics (printing materials, venue setup, catering, presenter support)
- Assist in virtual learning delivery by onboarding delegates and troubleshooting online tools
- Host webinars and facilitate virtual classroom sessions
- Generate training reports, course completion certificates, and learner feedback summaries
- Maintain accurate records and support the post-training close-off process
Minimum Requirements
Matric / Grade 12 (Compulsory)
A tertiary qualification in any of the following is preferred:
- Business Administration
- Marketing
- Human Resources
- Finance
- Learning and Development
At least 1 year of experience in:
- Training administration or classroom coordination
- Online learning or webinar hosting
- Using Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Supporting virtual learning environments
