Minimum Requirements
To apply, you must meet the following:
- South African citizen or permanent resident
- Completed BCom, BSc, or similar degree (Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, HR Analytics, etc.)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Collecting and analysing market remuneration data
