Key Responsibilities
As a Career Centre Intern, you will work closely with the Career Services Manager to:
- Run email campaigns and graduate outreach.
- Match CVs to job descriptions and company requirements.
- Facilitate interviews, workplace readiness, and onboarding processes.
- Conduct follow-ups with graduates and employers.
- Maintain and update the placement database with job titles, salary data, and feedback.
- Assist in organizing events such as exhibitions, workshops, internships, job shadowing, and career readiness sessions.
- Write and submit reports on placements and graduate success for internal and external publication.
- Schedule graduates for career coaching sessions and manage event logistics.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered, applicants must:
- Hold a Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
- Have completed a relevant 3-year Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, or any related field.
