Umzumbe Municipality is offering five Finance Management Internships to unemployed graduates.
This 2-year contract role provides valuable exposure to key public finance systems and operations—ideal for those aiming for a career in government finance or municipal auditing.
Location: KwaZulu-Natal
Closing Date: 23 April 2025
Duration: 24 Months (Fixed-Term Contract)
Stipend: R100,000 per annum + 13th Cheque
Positions Available: 5 Internships
Who Should Apply?
To qualify, you must:
- Be a South African citizen
- Hold a Matric / Grade 12 certificate
- Have a National Diploma or 3-year Degree in:
- BCom
- Financial Management
- Accounting
- Taxation
- Auditing
- Be computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office
- Have strong numerical and analytical skills
- Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Have good communication skills, both written and verbal
What You’ll Gain
