About the Programme

Fields of Study Accepted
You must have completed all theoretical coursework (S4-S5) in one of the following fields:
- Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current)
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electronics Engineering
Minimum Requirements
To qualify, you must meet all of the following:
- South African citizen
- Aged between 18 and 35
- Matric certificate
- Completed S4-S5 theoretical studies in an approved technical field
- No existing bursary obligation with another organisation
- Willing to commit to a 12-month WIL programme
- Preference will be given to Persons with Disabilities
