Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing internal audits
Collect, analyse, and interpret financial and operational data
Identify risks and assess existing internal controls
Ensure compliance with TWK policies and regulatory standards
Support the drafting of audit findings and reports
Maintain well-organised audit records and documentation
Help detect possible fraud or irregularities
Contribute to special investigations and audits as required
Stay updated on industry standards, audit techniques, and tools
Suggest improvements to auditing procedures

Minimum Requirements

Matric / Grade 12
National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Internal Auditing, Accounting, Finance, or similar (advantageous)
Intention to pursue a professional auditing qualification (e.g. CIA, CISA, SAICA, SAIPA) is a plus
Previous exposure to internal audit will be an advantage
Competence in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work with integrity and uphold confidentiality
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
Good communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
Valid Code 08 driver’s licence
