Admission Requirements & Application Process

TUT’s admission requirements vary by program and faculty, with a strong emphasis on technical proficiency and academic performance.

General Admission Requirements:

  • National Senior Certificate (NSC) with a Diploma or Bachelor’s Pass
  • Mathematics and Physical Sciences required for Engineering & Science programs
  • English at Level 4 or higher
  • APS requirements range from 22 – 36, depending on the program

Application Deadlines

  • Applications Open: March each year
  • Early Application Deadline: July 31
  • Final Deadline: September 30
  • NSFAS Application Deadline: November 30

International students must meet qualification equivalency standards and language proficiency requirements.

Tuition Fees & Financial Assistance
