Value Group is inviting unemployed South African youth to apply for the Occupational Certificate in Supply Chain Practitioner (NQF Level 5) Learnership Programme for the 2026/2027 intake. This programme is designed to equip participants with recognised logistics and supply chain skills while providing real workplace exposure in an operational environment.
This is a structured 12-month learnership aimed at young people who want to build long-term careers in logistics, warehousing, transport, and supply chain operations.
Learnership Overview
This learnership leads to an Occupational Certificate in Supply Chain Practitioner at NQF Level 5. The programme combines classroom training with hands-on workplace experience to prepare learners for employment in the logistics and supply chain sector.
The learnership runs for 12 months, from March 2026 to February 2027, and includes formal assessments and a final external examination.

Applicants must be available to attend training and workplace activities in the province they apply for.
Learnership Structure
Learners accepted into the programme will take part in the following:
- Classroom training one week per month, covering theoretical and practical supply chain concepts
- Full-time workplace experience in a logistics or supply chain operational environment
- Standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 17:00, with possible overtime
- Literacy and numeracy assessments
- External Integrated Summative Assessment (EISA) at the end of the programme
A monthly stipend is provided to assist with travel costs to the assigned worksite.
