FNB is seeking a Call Centre Agents in various locations to handle customer calls and electronic communications effectively, ensuring customer needs and business objectives are met. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in telesales and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Service:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by selling a range of Value-Added Products.
  • Conduct needs analysis to provide fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Offer personalized services to build lasting customer relationships based on trust, honesty, and integrity.

Productivity and Quality:

  • Maintain 4 hours of talk time and overall productivity of 7 hours.
  • Provide accurate and objective information to customers.
  • Capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Ensure quality standards are met by adhering to sales scripts and maintaining a minimum of 90% QA score.

Compliance and Process Adherence:

  • Meet all TCF and compliance obligations.
  • Adhere to The Engine Room processes and FirstRand policies.
  • Ensure correct lead outcomes are selected.

Professional Development:

  • Keep up to date with product changes and market trends.
  • Remain Fit & Proper and comply with legislative requirements.

    Requirements

    • Excellent communication skills.

    Qualifications

    • Matric.
    • Fit and Proper Requirements based on DOFA date (including RE qualification and FAIS Credits).
    • NQF Level 4 Short Term Insurance.

    Experience

    • Minimum 12 months of telesales experience.
    • Insurance background beneficial.
    • Service and Maintenance sales experience advantageous.

    Skills

    • Fluent in English.
