AfriSam South Africa Pty Ltd is currently recruiting for Warehouse Attendant positions. This role involves various warehouse duties with a focus on handling palletized cement and ensuring efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform all warehouse duties, particularly loading and offloading palletized cement and bulk bags.
- Load transporter vehicles according to correct weight distribution and Traffic Road Regulations.
- Report any breakages or missing bags.
- Ensure the correct product type, packaging, and quantity are loaded as per loading authority.
- Assist with re-bagging and repacking of cement following established procedures.
- Operate forklifts to move palletized products efficiently.
- Maintain safety, health, and environmental standards.
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum Education: Grade 12 / Amended Senior Certificate / NCV Level 4 / Technical Matric – N3 (4 technical subjects plus 2 official languages).
- Licenses: Forklift driver’s license is required.
- Experience: A minimum of one (1) year in a related industry, preferably with experience operating bulk handling equipment and driving a forklift.
Skills and Knowledge
- Proficient in forklift operation.
- Knowledge of depot safety practices and safe pallet stacking procedures.
- Understanding of health, safety, and environmental risks.
