Mthashana TVET College, in partnership with the ETDP SETA, is offering career development training opportunities for South African youth who require Work Integrated Learning (WIL) to complete their National Diplomas. This program is part of a funded initiative aimed at preparing N6 graduates for long-term employment by giving them the experience needed to graduate and enter the workforce.

Stipend: R3 500 per month for 18 months
Programme Overview
This structured in-service training program allows N6 graduates to gain essential work experience in real working environments. It is a strategic pathway to completing a National Diploma through experiential learning and practical application of academic knowledge.
There are 40 available positions, divided across four key disciplines:
- Management Assistant (10 posts)

Minimum Requirements
To apply, you must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a recognized N6 Certificate in the relevant field
- Be a South African citizen with a valid ID
- Have no criminal record
- Be available for the full 18-month duration
- Have not previously received a stipend for WIL
- Be committed, punctual, and willing to learn

Duties and Responsibilities
As a participant in this WIL program, you will be expected to:
- Perform all tasks as instructed by your supervisor or mentor
- Complete duties related to your instructional offerings and logbook
- Undertake workplace-based learning aligned with your field of study
- Follow through on any other reasonable work assigned to support your development
