Mthashana TVET College, with support from NSF funding, is offering 41 Work Integrated Learning (WIL) opportunities for South African youth who hold an N6 Certificate and need workplace exposure to qualify for their National Diploma.

Who Should Apply
This opportunity is designed for TVET graduates who have completed their N6 qualification but still need 18 months of work experience to graduate. If you’re committed, ready to learn, and have not received a WIL stipend before, this programme is a great way to enter the workforce.
Minimum Requirements
- Recognised N6 Certificate in the relevant field
- Valid South African ID
- No criminal record
- Strong communication (verbal and written)
- Must be available for the full duration (18 months)
- Good administrative and planning skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Must not have been part of a previous NSF-funded WIL programme
