About the Programme
The Work Integrated Learning initiative allows candidates to gain practical workplace experience across various business areas. Successful applicants will join a structured programme designed to build skills, enhance employability, and create access to long-term career opportunities within the PG Group.
Available Learning Streams
Opportunities are available in the following areas:
- Contact Centre Trainee
Handle customer queries across multiple platforms, delivering service excellence. - Autoglass Trainee
Install, repair and replace vehicle glass with technical precision and safety. - Customer Service Consultant
Provide frontline service at Fitment Centres, including sales administration and operational support. - Human Resources & Finance Trainee
Support HR and Finance teams with administrative and operational tasks.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Age: 18-29 years
- South African citizen
- Must be unemployed
- Not previously registered on a YES4Youth programme
- No criminal record
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A driver’s licence is an advantage but not required
