This opportunity provides hands-on retail experience and exposure to sales, customer service, merchandising and store management.
Programme Purpose
This internship is designed to give retail graduates structured in-store training while developing their business understanding, leadership potential and customer service capability. Successful interns may have the opportunity to grow into Junior Management roles based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with product selection
- Support merchandising and maintain store presentation standards
- Process purchases and payments accurately
- Assist with opening new store credit accounts
- Prevent stock loss through monitoring and control

Minimum Requirements
- South African Citizen
- Completed Degree or National Diploma in:
- Retail Business Management
- Management
- Operations Management
- Consumer Science
- or related field
- Graduates from 2023, 2024 or 2025 may apply
- No work experience required
- Computer literate
- Passionate about retail and customer engagement
