Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients to discuss their financial situation
- Conduct initial financial assessments
- Educate clients on financial solutions and how IDM can assist
- Manage leads via outbound calls and digital platforms
- Provide excellent customer service
- Refer qualified clients to the Financial Consulting team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma (Finance, Business, Accounting, Management, or related fields)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Computer literate
- Driven, energetic, and career-focused
- Experience in sales or customer service is advantageous
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
