Cell C is inviting applications for its Graduate Internship Programme 2025 / 2026, part of the Emerging Talent Programme aimed at developing future leaders in telecommunications.

This 12-month programme combines hands-on projects, real-world business challenges, and professional training to prepare graduates for key roles in IT, networks, marketing, risk, and other business-critical areas.

Location: Midrand, Gauteng
Closing Date: 31 December 2025

Key Responsibilities

  • Support professional and operational tasks within assigned divisions.
  • Assist with research, reporting, and data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Contribute to projects and solutions addressing business challenges.
  • Actively engage in team meetings, workshops, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Keep accurate logs of work completed, milestones, and progress.
  • Maintain professional conduct and confidentiality while upholding company values.

Available Internship Streams

1. IT & Cyber Security

  • Qualifications: BSc in Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering.
  • Professional Certifications: CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker).

2. Forensics Investigation

  • Qualifications: BCom in Forensic Accounting, Auditing, Law, Forensic Science, or Risk Management.
  • Professional Certification: Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).

3. Networks

  • Qualifications: BEng in Electrical, Electronic, or Telecommunications Engineering, BSc in Networking or Computer Systems.
  • Certifications: Cisco CCNA or CCNP.

4. Customer Value Management

  • Qualifications: BCom in Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence; BSc in Data Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
  • Certifications: SQL, Power BI, Python, R, CRM systems.

5. Risk, Compliance & Business Continuity

  • Qualifications: Degrees in Risk Management, Finance, Auditing, Law, Compliance, Governance, or Crisis Management.

6. Marketing

  • Qualifications: BCom/BA in Marketing, Brand Management, Public Relations, Digital Media, or Communications.
  • Honours in Brand Management preferred.

7. Learning & Development

  • Qualifications: Bachelor of Communication Design, Instructional Design, or related fields.
  • Skills: e-Learning development, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

Minimum Requirements

  • South African citizen.
  • Completed or currently completing a relevant diploma/degree.
  • No prior participation in a graduate or internship programme.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
