Responsibilities:
1. Payment Allocation
- Allocate customer payments on the Kazi Plan system.
- Handle payment-related queries through various channels.
2. DebiCheck Onboarding
- Support onboarding of customers to the bank payment platform (DebiCheck).
- Ensure accurate capturing of documents and customer data.
3. Inverter Sales Support
- Update and manage the inverter sales tracker.
- Respond to queries from both customers and internal teams.
4. Agent Incentive Management
- Process weekly and monthly agent incentive payments.
- Maintain records and ensure timely payouts.
5. Month-End Finance Tasks
- Assist with closing and reconciliation duties at month-end.
6. General Administration
- Support the team with documentation, filing, and customer applications.
Requirements:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience (graduates welcome).
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with customer and financial data.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
