Minimum Qualification Requirements:

• Essential:
  • N2 Certificate with four relevant subjects:
    • Engineering Mathematics
    • Engineering Science
    • Mechanical Drawing
    • Electrical (advantageous)
• Advantageous:
  • N3 Qualification
  • Matric
  • Prior technical work experience

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Curious, solution-driven, and team-oriented
• Technically inclined and enjoys hands-on work
• Strong communication and reasoning skills
• Able to work under pressure with attention to detail
• Willingness to work overtime and 6-day weeks as needed
• Must pass all theoretical training modules per management standards
