Minimum Requirements
- A Three-year tertiary qualification in Administration/ Public Administration.
- Oneyear functional experience in work-seeker registration.
- Knowledge: ILO Conventions.
- Financial Management.
- Human Resource Management.
- Knowledge Management and Skills Development.
- Skills: Planning and organizing, communication, computer, analytical, presentation, interpersonal, report writing, leadership and networking.
Responsibilities
- Ensure provision of support to Labour Centres for the delivery of work-seeker registration service.
- Dissemination of information to Labour Centres on registration of work-seekers on ESSA.
- Ensure provision of administrative support for capacity building on ESSA end users.
- Consolidate reports for ESSA user master database.
