Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (non-negotiable).
- Accounting Certification or equivalent.
- Strong Financial background.
- Data capturing (accurate).
- D365 experience an advantage.
- Excellent communication and report writing skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Resilience, emotional intelligence, and professionalism.
- 3 to 5 years’ Duties & Responsibilities Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and expenditure authorisation.
- Process and reconcile purchase orders, quotations, and invoices using D365 systems.
- Prepare monthly variance reports and invoicing templates.
- Daily debtor’s collection and accurate allocation of receipts.
- Maintaining customer and supplier checklists.
- Ensuring compliance with monthly deadlines.
- Maintain accurate financial records and uphold Tsebo’s standards of transparency and audit readiness.
