Senior Technical Manager

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12) plus NQF Level 4
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality / Facilities Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Minimum 5 years’ technical site management experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ people management experience
  • in: Project and budget management

  • Contractor and supplier management
  • Resource and conflict management
  • Technical workplace and facilities management
  • Maintenance planning (reactive and preventative)
