Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 with Core Mathematics
- Completed Commerce-related degree (BCom / BCompt or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Understanding of quality management systems
- Minimum 5 years’ administration/office experience, including financial and management systems
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in budgeting and cost control
- 3 – 5 years’ experience managing a team
- in customer and supplier relationship management
- working on ERP systems (Syspro preferred)
- Strong financial, analytical, and organisational skills

Responsibilities
- Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of finished goods
- Manage consumable stores, including procurement, stock control, and distribution
- Take accountability for factory administration, payroll oversight, and site IT coordination
- Manage financial administration including cost accounting, budgeting, reporting, and audits
- Oversee asset management and ensure accurate stock counts and reconciliations
- Manage site services including welfare, cleaning, guesthouse, and facilities maintenance
- Oversee security operations across all associated sites
- Lead and manage admin teams, ensuring performance, training, and discipline
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, production procedures, and quality management systems (ISO)
