Minimum Requirements

  • Registered Dietician qualification (preferred) Proven Experience in healthcare catering operations (non-negotiable) Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and achieve targets Experience managing multiple sites within a complex operational portfolio Solid knowledge of special diets, patient nutrition, and healthcare compliance standards Excellent leadership skills – assertive, supportive, and results-oriented Ability to work in a high-pressure, service-driven environment
