Minimum Requirements
- Expert knowledge of IT Service Management principles and frameworks (ITIL 3)
- Knowledge of POS systems in a retail environment
- Knowledge of SAP retail applications
- Knowledge of SQL, windows server and desktop
- Knowledge and application of relevant IT best practice (especially with regards to Service and Incident Management)
- Knowledge of complex IT environment (technical, security, business)
- Knowledge of technology development life cycle methodologies
- Knowledge of retail industry models

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Position outputs/
- Leading the implementation of SAP MM modules, including gathering business
- designing solutions, and configuring the system to meet business needs.
- Configure and customize SAP MM to optimize materials management processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and company policies.
- Managing an end-to-end project delivery, including project planning, resource allocation, and coordination with other functional consultants and project teams.
- Conducting user training sessions to ensure that end-users can effectively utilize the SAP MM system and its features.
- Providing ongoing support and maintenance for SAP MM modules, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements as needed.
- Collaborating with other functional consultants to ensure seamless integration between SAP MM and other SAP modules, such as SAP SD and SAP PP.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation of SAP MM configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Staying abreast of SAP MM trends, updates, and new features, and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
