- Ability to communicate effectively,
- Monitoring and ensuring that all routes operated accordingly
- Complete daily operations result report,
- Record km’s of returning busses,
- Issue job cards
- Control check sheets, institute disciplinary action,
- Report absentees timesouly,
- Arrange substitute drivers in place of absentees,
- All departures/arrivals must be recorded
- Report and record all accidents and incidents timeously,
