Minimum Requirements
- Monitor and implement internal controls
- Assist with audit preparation and documentation
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting
- Provide financial insights for strategic decisions
- Collaborate with teams to support financial planning
- Communicate financial updates to management and stakeholders
- Promote continuous improvement in finance operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional designation advantageous, e.g. AG(SA), SAIPA, or CA(SA)
- Strong proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of the industry and its financial dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid driver’s license (Code 08)
- Bilingual (English and Afrikaans) (advantageous)
- Willing to travel
- 3–5 years’ post-articles
- in a financial or accounting environment
- with Power BI and SAP will be advantageous

Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports
- Ensure accurate recording and classification of financial transactions
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Compile and analyse financial data for reporting
- Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Conduct regular general ledger audits and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure accuracy of accounting data through proper transaction recording
- Support budget and forecast preparation
- Monitor budgets and provide variance analysis
