Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Strong Computer skills
  • Professional, enthusiastic, hardworking, well-organized and able to prioritize.
  • Knowledge of Syspro and Chep processes
  • Knowledge of FSSC 22000 principles
  • Able to work with others and willing to contribute to team.
  • Strong Leadership abilities.
  • Strong personality with a high sense of discipline and organizational skills.
  • A good track record in the food industry.
  • An assertive, team – spirited, proactive and hands- on approach.
  • Provide daily operational support and updates to internal and external customers
  • Manage inventory distribution, receiving, and accurate record-keeping
  • Coordinate all inbound and outbound stock movements
  • Ensure timely completion and submission of dispatch and receiving documentation
  • Monitor dispatch operations and resolve any arising issues
  • Ensure trucks are properly cleaned and compliant before loading
  • Maintain accurate records and manage high volumes of paperwork
  • Arrange product dispatch and collection according to company processes
  • Conduct regular stock counts and inventory checks
  • Promote a safe, productive, and positive working environment
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
  • Monitor and address food safety and operational compliance issues
  • Follow and enforce company policies and procedures
