Minimum Requirements
- Professional certifications as a Chartered Accountant (CA).
- At least 5 years' experience in financial and business management.
- Appropriate experience in the agricultural sector and "Equip" accounting system will be beneficial.
- Clear and effective verbal and written skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills (External and Internal).
- Strong business liasson skills.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Assertiveness.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Accounting principles (IFRS).
- Basic IT Hardware and software support.
Responsibilities
- JD Implemente (Pty) ("JDI") Ltd is seeking a Financial Manager to direct, manage and coordinate financial strategy and day-to-day activities of financial management.
- Define Financial and Operational strategy Develop and execute processes to support existing and new strategies to ensure the sustainability of JDI.
- Continuous evaluation and simplifying of the JDI business and financial model.
- Determine actions and practices to benefit the business.
- Evaluate business risks and implement control measures.
- Develop and maintain a strict cost management culture Financial Management Manage the strategic financial plan.
