  • using internal systems / BI tools (e.g. Rubicon or similar platforms)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate BI projects and campaign execution from start to finish
  • Act as the key liaison between internal teams and operational stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate rollout and compliance of campaigns and reporting processes
  • Maintain and update master data, route lists, and internal reporting systems
  • Support BI dashboards, reporting tools, and data tracking systems
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure all deliverables are met
  • Coordinate communication between operations, merchandising, and BI teams
  • Support administrative and data processing functions within BI operations
  • Participate in weekly project and operational alignment meetings
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level required)
